Vijay was most recently the Head of Strategy for the World Economic Forum Members engaging the most innovative & fast growing companies. Prior to that, Vijay was the Deputy Head of the Global Shapers Community of the WEF and helped to build the community in 400+ cities globally and also, leading the world’s biggest study on millennials. Prior to WEF, Vijay worked as an innovation strategy consultant and venture director at Innosight, (cofounded by Clayton Christensen of Harvard) where he advised CEOs and top executives on growth strategy and business model innovation. His work and experiments have been featured in HBR, Lean Startup and Little Black Book of Innovation. \n\nVijay was a Global Leadership Fellow of the World Economic Forum with an executive master offered jointly by INSEAD, Columbia, Wharton, LBS and CEIBS. He holds a MBA from International University of Japan and BEngg from Madurai Kamaraj University. Vijay is an avid writer and speaker who has been featured in wef@davos,TEDx, Huffpost, Thrive Global, Linkedin, WEF Agenda, Al Arabia, Daily Star to name a few.
